This isn't a standalone telephone, it requires a base station to function. This handset works exactly like the one that got here with the gadget. Here are my observations on the handset -

Pros:
+Very excellent range
+Does not interfere with other wireless instruments (specifically my WiFi and Video Transmitter)
+Good speakerphone
+Good microphone
+Has "Do Not Disturb" feature
+Feels a bit light

Cons:
-Feels just a little light

This is good machine and the handset works as anticipated, really useful.

Synching each cellphone to the master was very straightforward, call quality and signal strength are very good. However, the display could be very terrible, difficult to learn in daylight. The show is too small and the resolution is equally as bad.
