I would argue that the actual design--the engineering--of this telephone or phones is what it is at fault. There is absolutely no detente, no steady bumps or slots or clips to hold the mic consistent as you speak on the pinnacleset, which (in an extraordinarily short time) can get very bathroom loose and dangling (I actually glued the previous one into position after a whereas).

Worse, the charger/base is equally low cost. I suspect standard usage will erode the fragile electrical connections on the charger/base as you regularly change the topset on it. Eventually this flimsy design simply wears out and must be replaced...but there may be one compensation: it can be an important product when working properly, and there is NOTHING global that can substitute it at this price point, which many consumers could have already found out. $125 versus $400 just isn't a choice!

Having stated all that, that is presumably essentially the most helpful software I have ever sold! I cannot keep in mind why everybody would not have one at home. You have not lived unless that you might gab and gab hands-free for your cellphone--without wires dangling and so on. More importantly, it's now conceivable to kind and use a pc while discussing a challenge with any person. Or cook a meal or anything you can do whereas speaking. It is amazingly helpful in each admire, including the Caller ID. The wi-fi reception is superb (though you need to contort the mic so your respiratory isn't picked up, growing anxious static for both you and the listener).

All in all, not a perfect product--it would should be rather more finely calibrated to raised tolerances and will have to be a lot more sturdy to garner additional praise from me at least--yet, as I mentioned, it could presumably develop into a important device in your house.
