1. The Dimensions embody the bottom and must state "Overall dimension, together with base" and must embody the telephone's handset dimensions also.
2. This is simply no longer an immense button phone as mentioned via Motorola. It may be a massive howeverton telephone if compared with a celluar telephone, however compared with a standard phone the howevertons are about half the size. For this comparsion I used a Bellsouth Cordless three3009 and a Clarity C435.(Both these telephones had been discontinued and neither have Caller ID.)
However, for three0 bucks and 2-day shipping from Amazon it is an ideal deal.

I like the features, especially the volume raise option. Neither the use charge nor standby cost as many hours as marketed. Perhaps an inferior battery. That was a slight disappointment. Clarity excellent-button choices too. Doesn't have numerous bells and whistles so very easy to make use of.
